INFOR Transition Deadlines and CS Request Changes Announced
TWU Local 571 outlines important INFOR transition deadlines, CS request changes, and vacation information to help members prepare before the August 15 system launch.
As many of you know, INFOR is scheduled to go live on August 15. This is a major system change, and both the Company and TWU Local 571 have been working together to communicate these changes early in an effort to make the transition as smooth as possible for everyone.
Important Dates and Changes
- No CS requests will be processed in the Roster App after August 14.
- Vacation weeks after August 14 will not appear in the Roster App. Those vacations will be loaded into INFOR once the new system goes live. If you were awarded vacation beginning the week of August 15, your vacation remains valid and should be taken as scheduled.
- All CS requests for August 10–14 must be submitted no later than the end of business on August 9.
- Beginning August 10, INFOR will begin transferring information from the current system. To reduce the possibility of data errors during the migration, electronic CS processing will be limited.
- If you need to submit a CS request for August 10–14 after the August 9 deadline, you will need to complete a manual CS form and submit it directly to Scheduling.
Working Together Through the Transition
TWU Local 571 has been working closely with the Company throughout this process to ensure our members receive accurate information well in advance. We appreciate the Company's willingness to coordinate these announcements and work alongside the Union to help minimize disruptions during this transition.
As implementation moves forward, both the Company and the Union will be actively monitoring the transfer of information and addressing issues as they arise.
We encourage everyone to plan ahead, pay close attention to these deadlines, and reach out if you have any questions.
We will continue providing updates as additional information becomes available. Our goal is to ensure every member is informed and that this transition is as seamless as possible for everyone.
