INFOR Launch Begins Tomorrow: What Members Need to Know

August 14, 2026

INFOR launches tomorrow. Members should verify their schedules, report any errors, and continue scheduled vacations even if they are not yet showing correctly in the new system.

Tomorrow marks the launch of the new INFOR system. We understand that anytime a new system is introduced, there will be questions, challenges, and a learning curve. This is a major change to the way we access our schedules and manage certain aspects of our work, and we want everyone to know that you are not facing these challenges alone.

All schedules should be uploaded into INFOR. If you are still having trouble accessing or setting up the INFOR app, please log into JetNet and follow the step-by-step instructions. You can also access the direct INFOR website through JetNet.

We are still waiting for final confirmation regarding CS for the weekend. As soon as we receive confirmed information, we will communicate it to the membership.

If you are currently on vacation and your vacation is not showing in INFOR, do not panic. Your vacation remains valid, and you should still take your scheduled vacation. The company will continue updating the system as the week progresses, and there should be no disruption to your vacation pay.

The company will begin monitoring the system at midnight tonight in preparation for tomorrow's operation. They have advised that if the system experiences significant problems, there is a backup plan to move to manual staffing procedures to keep the operation moving.

Your Union will also have all eyes on the operation tomorrow. We will be monitoring the rollout closely and addressing issues as they arise. We understand that the first few days may come with challenges, and we will be working with the company to make sure those challenges do not unnecessarily fall on the backs of our membership.

Please report to your work area on time tomorrow and be prepared for the possibility of some delays or confusion as everyone gets accustomed to the new system.

If you notice something on your schedule that does not look correct, do not hesitate to reach out to Attendance or to your Union representatives. We will investigate the issue and work to get it corrected.

Most importantly, please be patient with yourselves and with each other. This is a new system for everyone, and we are all learning it together.

The Union will be here to answer questions, identify problems, and hold the company accountable for addressing issues that affect our members.
