Contract Negotiations Update: October 15–16, 2026
The TWU negotiating committee reached a tentative agreement on Article 12 – Probationary Period and is preparing a comprehensive compensation proposal.
The TWU negotiating committee met with Envoy management on Thursday, October 15 and Friday, October 16, 2026, for another round of contract negotiations.

Proposals Discussed
During this session, the Company proposed changes to:

The Union gave the Company a counter proposal to:

Tentative Agreement Reached
The Union and the Company reached a Tentative Agreement on Article 12 – Probationary Period.
Next Steps
In the coming weeks, the negotiating committee will be working closely with the TWU economist, with the goal of giving the Company a comprehensive compensation proposal at the next scheduled sessions.
The next meeting is scheduled for November 19 and 20, 2026.
