FLOC Conference, Steward Training, and Workplace Issue Updates

Good morning Brothers and Sisters,

Just a few quick updates:

• H8 has now permanently transitioned to AA. We are actively working with the company to explore solutions for those affected.

• We have received several questions regarding the new INFOR application. Some members are experiencing issues creating accounts through the QR code. Management is investigating whether this is because the system has not yet gone live at our station. We are also awaiting a response from Human Resources regarding members being unable to submit CSO requests beyond July 17, as online submissions are currently being denied.

• Our FLOC (Future Leaders Organizing Committee) is currently attending the Second Quarter Conference in Orlando, learning new strategies, resources, and organizing tools to increase member engagement and strengthen our local.

• We are conducting Union Steward Training today and tomorrow to ensure our newly selected stewards are prepared to provide strong representation and support for our membership.

• We continue to work with the company on several important issues, including mandatory overtime, CCQ qualification concerns, and ongoing safety matters.
