Summer Bid Activation and INFOR Scheduling System Transition Update
Members were asked to review their Summer Bid schedules, with updates on the upcoming transition from Roster App to the INFOR scheduling system.
Good morning Brothers and Sisters,
The Summer Bid is now being activated and uploaded into the Roster app. Please take some time over the next few days to review your schedule and ensure everything appears correctly. If you do not see a schedule loaded by the end of the weekend, please reach out to a union representative directly so we can assist in getting the issue addressed.
At this time, schedules are only being uploaded through the end of July due to the company's transition from Roster App to the new INFOR scheduling system. The official launch date for INFOR is scheduled for July 18.
As part of the rollout process, other stations that have already transitioned to INFOR experienced temporary CS restrictions approximately one week before implementation to ensure all employee information and schedules transferred properly into the new system. While we have not received confirmation that the same process will occur at ORD, it is possible that similar restrictions could begin around July 11 in preparation for the July 18 launch.
We are actively seeking clarification from the company and will keep everyone informed as soon as additional information becomes available. Our goal is to ensure all members are prepared and have the information they need before any changes take place.
